Google’s desktop search results can be scrolled continually

In the US, Google introduces continuous scrolling for desktop search results. With a new upgrade that allows users to endlessly scroll through numerous pages, Google is attempting to make desktop search results more similar to mobile.
This upgrade is a gain for conventional web pages as Google continues to cram the first page of search results with advertisements, featured snippets, media, “people also ask” boxes and other features.

Searchers are more likely to see more results before running into a wall if they have the option to scroll through six pages at once. This modification won’t likely have an influence on reporting. Google stated that there is no difference in Search Console last year after changing mobile search results to continuous scrolling.
