GA4 Rolls Out The Landing Page Reports

Since UA will be sunsetting in July 2023, Google is ready to delight users with a new landing page experience report.

The biggest advantage of GA4 is that it can track events on a webpage, and not just detect screen views and page loads. Earlier, marketers had to create a custom report to see if a landing page is working. Now, GA4 has a built-in report in the Engagement session.

This report tracks the following metrics:

  1. Views
  2. New users
  3. Average engagement time
  4. Conversion
  5. Revenue

You can select custom metrics in the new landing page report.

The best feature of GA4 is that it doesnโ€™t collect or store IP addresses. This will help you assure your customers of data protection and their privacy.
